This spacious home has been updated and decorated with your vacation in mind. With two large family rooms, there is plenty of space for all to relax and enjoy. The huge wrap-round and screened porches offer the perfect setting to gather and enjoy the fresh air. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor; two with private baths. The kitchen opens to the screened porch and makes the perfect outdoor dining setup. Enjoy cool nights by the firepit.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, serving ware, Keurig, old school coffee pot, kitchen aid mixer, fondue maker, toaster oven, crock pot and microwave. Bikes (2), kayaks (2), coolers, and a spare refrigerator in the garage for you to use. Beach toys, and chairs. Pack-and-play, bassinet, high chairs (2), and toys are provided. Bath towels and linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Neighborhood
East Point is a small, walkable neighborhood, flanked by Onancock Creek and Parker's Creek. Many of the locals meet on the beach to watch the incredible sunsets together. The private marina and community gazebo are a perfect greeting to every neighborhood visitor.

Guest will be able to access all areas of the home and garage with the exception of two owners' closets.

The driveway allows for off-street parking for about six vehicles. Walk or ride bikes to the beach; it's just two blocks away. Both kayaks (2 person and 1 person) have wheels to easily roll down to the beach.
