End unit 1432-SQFT open concept 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom townhouse condo less than two blocks from the Boardwalk. There is plenty of space for families and friends to stretch out. First floor is where the 1 car garage and foyer is. For your convenience, the garage is stocked with beach items to use as much as you want—subject to availability. Please take care of them and put them back when you are done to minimize the sand and dirt in the condo. If you need additional parking (you can also park in the driveway), there is a city garage across the street. Please note—there is a wall switch for the garage in the foyer. Please keep that switch on as it would affect the internet and access for the cleaner to remove the trash cans. The 2nd floor is the common area—dining area, kitchen, kids area, half bath and large living room that walks out to a private deck with outdoor seating. If you smoke or vape, please do so here. The kids area is created to entertain small kids. We try to leave toys and coloring books whenever we can. If you have any special needs, please let us know. The TV on top of the fireplace is a smart (Roku) TV with several apps. Guests can sign in with a Roku account or individual channel apps that require subscriptions. Remotes for the tv, fireplace and garage (if requested) will be on the fireplace mantel. To operate the fireplace, make sure the gas is on before pushing down the red and ‘up’ button the same time. You should hear a series of clicks and beeps—this will take a little time before the logs are automatically lit. Please do NOT put anything in the fireplace or change any of the settings. Reach out if you need help. The dining table is extendable to sit up to six people. The kitchen has a glass top range with a microwave vent hood, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. We stock the kitchen with basic cooking tools, toaster, crockpot, utensils, tableware (including for kids), cooking oil and some basic spices. There is a Keurig and an electric kettle. The kitchen pantry is where we leave trash bags and paper towels. Dish washing pods and other kitchen supplies are under the kitchen sink. The highest (3rd) floor is where the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are, separated by a laundry area. Please clean lint traps at every couple of uses and shake sand off your laundry before using it so we can them in good working order as long as possible for everyone. The bicycle bedroom (right) decor is dedicated to travelers of life and is where the linen closet is (immediate left). You should fine towels, extra linens for the bedrooms as well as kitchen. We instruct our cleaners to leave a set for each guest plus a couple of extras. If anything is lacking, please let us know. We have monthly pest control that may coincide with a guest stay. The appointment normally takes 10-15 minutes and we do our best to not interrupt guest stays but also keep our pest control on schedule to maximize effectiveness. Please understand that we are in a coastal area where bugs are a natural part of life. They can get into an indoor space especially after heavy rain. We invest a lot on prevention but we can never guarantee a 100% bug free experience. If you have an issue with this, please understand we do not issue refunds for this. While we do not have staff on site, we strive to respond promptly and often except for normal sleeping hours. In case of emergencies, host and cohosts are locals.
